We at the Victoria Acupuncture Collective are prioritizing acupuncture for health-care workers and frontline staff. This includes RNs, LPNs, NPs, physicians, harm reduction and outreach workers, and long-term care and seniors’ assisted-living support workers and assistants.

Once a month we plan to combine our professional development with taking care of you. So on Self-care for Health-care days, private treatments include multiple acupuncturists assessing and evaluating how to make you feel better. Treatment fees are reduced to fill the gap in extended health benefits. Acupuncture can help with the personal challenges health-care workers may have: body clocks turned upside down by shift work, tired muscles from heavy awkward lifting, and heightened nervous systems because, this pandemic.

Private, one-hour treatments cost only $50 on Self-care for Health-care days. You’re welcome whether or not you’ve already used up your extended health acupuncture benefits. Also, this is a fundraiser for the Fernwood Wellness Library.

March’s Self-care for Health-care day will be on Sunday, March 13, 11:00am – 3:00pm at Station Wellness Collective, 107 – 785 Station Ave.
